VA Calling Employees Back to The Office, But Not Full Time

In a recent article on Government Executive, Deputy Secretary Donald Remy outlines VA’s plan to bring employees back to work citing the institution of a “new normal” at VA and highlighting the VA’s plans to allow for far more telework opportunities in what the VA is referring to as the “future of work”.

According to the article, VA has solicited feedback from employees and bargained with labor groups and plans to have the “new normal” instituted by the end of May, with employees slowly trickling back to the office, though not necessarily full time.
